The town of Richmond, Kentucky is about 30 miles south of Lexington and 145 miles north of Knoxville, Tennessee. I-75 exit #87 is on the west side of town at the point where the interstate highway meets State Route 876 (known locally as Barnes Mill Road and the Eastern Bypass).
